Can women do this program?

THE MINDBODY RESILIENCE PROGRAM is mainly meant for men.

With that being said, women can still benefit from this program, but not as much as a man will.

How quickly will I see results?

That depends on you.

Anyone that takes The MindBody Resilience Program seriously can expect results within as little as a couple weeks.

Keep in mind: Everything we teach you will educate you on how to get fit.

But it's up to you to put in the work. We can't guarantee results if you don't put in the effort.

Do I need to be strong before I start?

No.

It don't matter if you start of weak or strong, by the end of our program you will be stronger then you were before.

Does my age matter?

Not necessarily, but I urge anyone under the age of 18 to get parental permission before you buy my program.

Do I need to have any prior fitness knowledge or equipment?
